Professor Dr. Shireen Akhter, Hon’ble Vice Chancellor of the University of Chittagong was present as the Chief Guest and Prof. Dr. Md. Ismail Khan, Hon’ble Vice Chancellor of Chittagong Medical University was present as the Special Guest in the program. The program was presided over by Prof. Dr. Md. Nural Anwar, Hon’ble Vice Chancellor of the University.

The meeting was presided over by Mrs. Thamina Khatun, Hon’ble Chairman of the PCIU Trust. Other Hon’ble members of the BoT, Hon'ble Vice Chancellor and other high officials of the university were present in the meeting.
