Volume 8 (ISSUE 1 & 2 December, 2021)
It is our immense pleasure that we are presenting Port City International University (PCIU) Journal, Vol-8(1+2), 2021. We have strived to publish this journal within a reasonable time-frame without compromising on the quality of the work. Honorable Advisory Board, a panel of Reviewer Board and a very supportive Editorial Board were with me throughout the process of publishing this journal.
The main focus of PCIU Journal is to present high-quality and invaluable research work on contemporary issues of Business, Social Science, Humanities, Science and Technology. All the articles have been chosen following the principles and guidelines prescribed by the PCIU. The Editorial Board has conducted a meeting to scrutinize and review the submitted articles and then selected the reviewers for their valuable expert opinions. The Authors were asked to incorporate the necessary changes, revisions and modification as suggested by the reviewers. The revised articles were further reviewed and checked by the Editorial Board members before a decision for final acceptance for publication is taken. In this way only eleven (11) articles have been selected for publication in this volume.
As the Chief Editor of the journal, I am grateful to a distinguished panel of reviewers for their co-operation and contribution with their time, effort, and experience in reviewing these articles in an objective manner and guiding the authors to improve their articles.
I would like to express my profound gratitude to the university authority, particularly, Honorable Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. Md. Nural Anwar and Honorable Chairman of Board of Trustees Ms. Thamina Khatun for their invaluable advice and generous support in bringing out this publication in time. I commend the members of the editorial board for their invaluable assistance and relentless support for this publication. I am congratulating the authors of the articles for their successful research efforts despite some limitations.
Finally, I would like to request all readers to go through this academic endeavor with a considerate outlook and regard any remaining error with generosity.
We look forward to hearing your opinion and suggestion for further excellence of our publication.
May almighty Allah bless all of us.
