The Office of the Registrar performs as a bridge between academic administration and general administration of the university. The office performs various functions that are closely related to the academic and administrative mission of the University. These mainly include scheduling of courses, registration, monitoring the facilities of students-faculties-staffs and development of the university. This office has the responsibility to maintain the records of the students, faculties and staffs while maintaining the privacy and security of those records. Office of the registrar is also provides all support services to the students, faculties and staffs.

 

Registrar’s office serves as a policy maker and acts to facilitate and implement institutional policy, providing interpretation and enforcement of policy. The office assists the authority by providing reports, analyses and recommendations required for policy formulation.  This office also assists academic and administrative units in ensuring compliance to university policies and procedures according to the academic calendar.  

 

As a service oriented office, in addition to providing efficient and immediate access to information, this office facilitates and coordinates activities of students, faculties and staffs related to administrative matters. The office is staffed with highly qualified personnel in all areas who constantly monitor office practices and procedures and recommend changes to ensure the most efficient and prompt service.
