Dept. of CSE, PCIU is glad to share that, PCIU_Buggers, a team of three students namely, Liton Chandra Shil, ID: CSE 00905586, Kallol Dhar, ID: CSE 00905612, and Ibrahim Ahamed Khan ,ID:CSE 00905567 , achieved the 113th position among the 298 teams from across the country in ACM International Collegiate Programming Contest (ICPC) Asia Dhaka Regional, 2018 held on 10 November in Dhaka. From Chattogram, total 19 teams from different public and private universities were selected to participate in this prestigious brain storming competition. It's an outstanding and impressive achievement for PCIU since PCIU_Buggers placed 7th position among these universities and hold the first position among the private universities from Chittagong Division. It's noteworthy that, Dept. of CSE, PCIU has conducted a number of training sessions and workshop on competitive programming over the year to make the students more strategic and viable which has resulted in this great achievement.
