Department of Business Administration, Port City International University has organized a seminar on “Challenges of HRM and legal compliance in Bangladesh”  on 18^th November, 2018.The chief guest of the seminar was Prof. Dr. Md. Nural Anwar-Vice Chancellor of Port City International University and special guest was Prof. Dr. Md. Fashiul Alam, Dean, faculty of Business Administration, Port City International University. The key resource person of the seminar was M. Golam Newaz Babul, Sr. General Manager, HRM, Compliance and legal affairs, Shirt Makers Group, CEPZ. He highlighted that to transform newly recruited employees to efficient manpower, HRM and compliance play a vital role in an organization as HRM concerns with acquiring, training, appraising and compensating employees.

Dean, faculty of Business Administration, Port City International University delivered the welcome speech at the inauguration of the Seminar. Besides, Prof. Dr. Engr. Mafzal Ahmed, Dean, faculty of Science and Engineering, Port City international University, Md. obaydur Rahman, Registrar , Md. Salim Hossain, Controller of Examination, faculties and students of the Department of Business Administration.
