A Seminar entitled “ Investigation, Custody and Bail- An Assimilation of complete Criminal Justice " ” was organized by Department of Law at the university auditorium on July 29, 2019. Professor Dr. Nurul Anwar, Honorable Vice Chancellor of PCIU, while inaugurating the programme as Chief Guest, focused on importance of having concept regarding Investigation, Custody and Bail.The Keynote Speaker was Mr Kanak Barua, Metropolitan Magistrate, Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Dhaka. He delivered his respective speech and shared his practical experiences on Investigation, Custody and Bail and their relevance to have fair criminal justice. He made his session interactive, lively and highly impressive and the participation of our students was remarkable. The Seminar was chaired by Mrs Afroza Parveen, Chairman of the Department of Law .Mr. Mishu Barua Antar, Lecturer of the department anchored the Seminar. Faculty Members namely, Mrs Anowara Begum Tamanna, Mr. Mohammad Sazzad Hossen, Mr. Md. Ziaul Karim Zia and Mrs Silma Subah Chowdhury were present in the Seminar.
