Seminar on “Healthcare Innovation through 4th Industrial Revolution” organized by IEEE student branch and Robotics Club of EEE department at Port City International University, Chittagong.
A seminar on “Healthcare Innovation through 4th Industrial Revolution” was held at Port City International University campus on 25th September 2019, Wednesday at 11 A.M. Prof. Dr. Md. Nural Anwar, Vice-Chancellor of Port City International University, honored the chair of chief guest ,Prof. Dr. QuaziDelwar Hossain, Coordinator of EEE Department, PCIU and Prof. Dr. Engr. Mafzal Ahmed, Dean, Faculty of Science and Engineering, PCIU, were present there as special guests. The seminar was presided over by Mr. Deepak Kumar Chowdhury, Chairman, Dept. of EEE, PCIU. Prof. Dr. Khondaker A. Mamun, Professor, Dept. of Computer Science & Engineering, United International University (UIU), Dhaka, Bangladesh was present there as resource person.
The speakers delivered their valuablespeech ondifferent healthcare innovations in the era of the 4th industrial revolution.After that, the honorable resource person, Prof. Dr. Khondaker A. Mamun, discussed global healthcare problem of Bangladesh and developed country and different utilization of 4th industrial revolution in healthcare. He also motivated the students to get involved in differentinnovative works by showing the examples of his contribution on miscellaneous problems in our daily life such asperformance of CMED, ‘Bolte Chai’ app. and many others. At the end, Mr. Deepak Kumar Chowdhury, Chairman, Dept. of EEE, PCIU, appreciated the EEE department of Port City International University to arrange such a fruitful program to enrich the skills of students in the research field. The resource person was greeted by Flowers and crests.
