Educators and students of the Department of Journalism and Media Studies of Port City International University (PCIU) visited Channel 24, Chattogram Bureau, on September 27, 2023. Ms. Dilruba Akter, Assistant Professor and course instructor of Broadcast Techniques and Technology, guided the media trip with the goal of enhancing the students' practical knowledge of broadcast journalism and technology.

Mr. Kamal Parvez, the station's Regional Editor cordially welcomed the students & the teachers. He led an open discussion with the students about the challenges, obligations, and ethical considerations of broadcast journalism while Emdadul Haq, Senior Reporter, briefed the team about the broadcast techniques and technology.

Mr. Prashanta Kumar Shill, Senior lecturer, Mr. Akib Ul Wadud Alam, Lecturer, and Ms. Taslima Akter Erin, Lecturer of the Journalism department were also present there.
