Seminar on ‘Short Film Movement and Chattogram’ by Journalism department"We want to have a platform for creating a proactive environment of making films in Chittagong once our local film industry and film enthusiasts get enough support," said the speakers at a seminar hosted by Port City International University on February 28, 2022. A seminar entitled "Short Film Movement and Chattogram" was held by the university's Department of Journalism and Media Studies in collaboration with the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC). Prof. Dr. Md. Nural Anwar, Vice Chancellor of PCIU, was the Chief Guest while Mr. Shaibal Chowdhury, Director of the Chittagong Film Centre, delivered the keynote address.
