All faculty members and registered students were present there. The program was presided over and inaugurated by Mr. Sowmitra Das, Chairman, dept. of CSE, PCIU. Prof. Dr. Md. Nural Anwar, Vice Chancellor, Port City International University was the chief guest of the inauguration ceremony and emphasized on the importance of Machine Learning in his welcome speech.

Professor Dr. Nurul Anwar, Honorable Vice Chancellor of PCIU, while inaugurating the programme as Chief Guest, focused on importance of having concept regarding Investigation, Custody and Bail.The Keynote Speaker was Mr Kanak Barua, Metropolitan Magistrate, Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Dhaka. He delivered his respective speech and shared his practical experiences on Investigation, Custody and Bail and their relevance to have fair criminal justice.
