Mr. AKM Enamul Hoque Shameem, MP, Hon’ble Deputy Minister, Ministry of Water Resources and Founder & Chairman of Port City International University, graced the program as Chief Guest. The program was presided over by Hon’ble Vice Chancellor of the university Prof. Dr. Md. Nural Anwar.
