A seminar on “Performance analysis of deep foundation in weak soil” organized by Department of Civil Engineering, PCIUDepartment of Civil Engineering of Port City International University has recently organized a seminar namely “Performance analysis of deep foundation in weak soil” on February 2, 2019 at the university auditorium. Lieutenant Colonel Mohiuddin Ahmed, P Eng, Chief Engineer, Chattogram City Corporation; Former Associate Professor, Department of Civil Engineering, MIST was the keynote speaker of that event.

Prof. Dr. Md. Nural Anwar, Hon’ble Vice Chancellor, PCIU, graced the occasion as special guest. Mr. Ehsanul Kabir, Chairman and all respected faculty members of the respective department were present during that occasion.

Muhammad Anwarul Azim, Coordinator of CSE Dept. presided over the defense. Total 33 students have attended the project/thesis defense. All faculty members were present in the defense.
