Seminar on Big Data: What, Where, Why, and How?A seminar entitled “Big Data: What, Where, Why, and How?” was organized by Department of Computer Science & Engineering at the university auditorium on February 3, 2019. All faculty members and students of the dept. of CSE were present in the seminar. The program was presided by Mr. Sowmitra Das, Chairman, dept. of CSE, PCIU and inaugurated by the chief guest of the program, Prof. Dr. Md. Nural Anwar, Vice Chancellor, Port City International University. Prof. Dr.Engr. Mafzal Ahmed, Dean of Faculty of Science and Engineering , was the special guest of the program.

Lieutenant Colonel Mohiuddin Ahmed, P Eng, Chief Engineer, Chattogram City Corporation; Former Associate Professor, Department of Civil Engineering, MIST was the keynote speaker of that event.
